Vinyasa Flow: Lunch Hour Options

How long do you have for lunch? A half hour, the full hour? This class is broken into two segments with a period of relaxation at the half hour mark. Those who need to leave exit quietly while those who have a full hour return to practice. Heat Level: Low heat


Vinyasa For Beginners

This class takes time to break down postures to ensure proper alignment and introduce students to a vinyasa style class. No to low heat.


Vinyasa for In-Betweeners

Have you attended beginners classes for a while, but you’re still not quite ready for a full-on vinyasa class? This class is for you! In-Betweeners offers more variety and more complexity than beginning vinyasa, but still plenty of instruction at a pace that will challenge you without leaving you in the dust!


Power Vinyasa

A challenging practice, matching breath and movement. Prepare to sweat. Heat level: 90-95 degrees


60 Minute Hot Yoga

Dynamic and challenging. Sequences are based on traditional postures to encourage a strong, efficient body & mind. Heat Level: High-Approx. 104 F at 40%humidity.


90 Minute Hot Yoga

This 1.5 hour practice leads you through 26 key poses in a heated environment to detoxify and invigorate. Heat Level: High-Approx. 104 F at 40%humidity


Hot Power Fusion

Dynamic and challenging. Sequences are based on traditional postures to encourage a strong, efficient body & mind. Heat Level: High-Approx. 104 F at 40%humidity


Yin Yoga

This meditative practice is designed to release deep tissue tension & fatigue. You will hold each pose for 1-3 minutes, while a fortress of blocks, blankets, and bolsters support you. So relaxing, someone might have to scoop you off the floor when class is done! Great for stress, injury, and insomnia.Yoga for All Levels.

Short and Sweet Sadhana

This class is for students who are looking for a full spiritual yoga experience. A sadhana practice includes chanting, just enough postures to warm the body and mind, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. It's great to have 90-120 minutes for all of this, but it's also possible for busy people to do it in an hour! Learn techniques that will help you build a home practice with the opportunity to build on those each week.


Vinyasa Yin Combo 

60 minutes of vinyasa followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga to balance the mind, body, and spirit


Warm Fusion

This class bridges the space between the traditional hot yoga sequence and hot power fusion by combining foundational yoga postures with hot yoga postures, creating an accessible practice without the high heat of hot yoga or the one breath/one movement flow of vinyasa. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners of any style.

Heat level: 85-90.


Candlelight Warm Yoga

This class utilizes the same 26 postures and two breathing exercises as Hot Yoga, but is set at a lower heat and humidity level, allowing the body to open gradually. The traditional 26 postures encourage strength, flexibility, balance, and breath. If you love this sequence but don't always love the heat, this class is for you!

Heat Level: approx. 90-95 F at 30% humidity

This class is designed for everyone--from peak athletes to people recovering from injury; from young to old; from experienced practitioners to those who are just curious about yoga. Students will benefit from the restorative, relaxing, and centering properties of this class. Heat Level: None


Vinyasa Meditation Combo

The class will begin with a grounding practice of meditation to center and calm the mind. Then, an invigorating vinyasa flow will follow, matching breath and movement. The class with finish with a short meditation to seal the practice fully and encompass the full mind body connection.


Adaptive Yoga for Disability & Mobility

Adaptive yoga classes are for individuals living with disability and/or progressive mobility impairments, such as partial or total paralysis, amputation, spinal cord injury, severe arthritis, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, stroke, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and autoimmune disorder. This class is not suitable for people recovering from temporary injuries or rehabilitating after a surgery.

Teachers adapt foundational yoga poses using props and light physical adjustments. The goals of adaptive yoga are to enhance breath and movement, build and strengthen one’s inherent mind-body relationship, improve overall strength and flexibility and, perhaps most important, to have fun and feel good!

Adaptive yoga class participants must be able to follow simple instructions and verbal cues. Suggested donation is $7, but we truly are donation based so don't let cost inhibit your attendance! Caregivers and assistants are welcome to participate at no cost. We encourage online registration as space is limited.



Designed to relax, this class is appropriate for all levels. From beginners to experienced practitioners, take your practice to a new level by allowing your body to fully relax into supported postures that will help you restore energy to both body and mind. No heat.


Curvy Yoga

While we want everyone to feel welcome in all of our classes, we realize that a special welcome with a class specifically devoted to body positivity might encourage people of all shapes and sizes to give yoga a try!

The inclusive Curvy Yoga classes include modifications and adjustments that accommodate and support students. We celebrate diversity in a safe and sacred place for self love and exploration. There is more than one way to do a yoga pose...come discover yours!

Class structure: We begin with stillness of body and mind, slowly warming your muscles and releasing tension. The practice continues with balancing poses where you will discover strength and flexibility. We complete class returning to a quiet mind and renewed body.

This class is for students in larger bodies, beginners, and those in injury recovery. It's yoga for all!
