Things to know!

  • Studio Protocol: Doors will open 15 minutes before class close 2 minutes before class starts, so please be sure to show arrive early as we will not be able to allow late students. Please wear a mask and bring everything you need including a mat, water bottle, towl (for hot yoga) and any props you desire as we aren't offering props or rentals right now. Read more at
  • Class Full? Most classes (all but Hot Yoga and Curvy Yoga) are also offered via live-stream, so if the class you want to attend is booked up in-studio, head to our Live-Stream schedule to attend from home!
  • Yoga in the Park is now offered at specific times at both Nancy Lewis Park & Memoiral Park! Scroll to those days' schedules to sign up.
  • Nancy Lewis Park Schedule: Vinyasa Flow on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am & Power Vinyasa on Friday 5:45pm. We will be as close to the NE corner by the pavillion as possible, but sometimes other groups are there, so sometimes we are to the south or across the pond... look around and you'll find us!
  • Memorial Park Schedule:  Sutra & Sweater Yoga with Amber Richman on Wednesdays 10:00am.  We are in the feild just east of the skate park off of Pikes Peak Ave, and there is parking just to the south.
