Vinyasa for Beginners
This class takes time to break down postures to ensure proper alignment and introduce students to a vinyasa style class.

Vinyasa for In-Betweeners
In-Betweeners offers more variety and more complexity than beginning vinyasa, but still plenty of instruction at a pace that will challenge you without leaving you in the dust!

Beginners Hot
A simplified take on the traditional 26-posture hot yoga format—shorter holds, slightly cooler room than traditional Hot (95 - 100°), no second sets, and zero pressure to push beyond your edge.

Gentle Yoga
This class is designed for everyone--from peak athletes to people recovering from injury; from young to old; from experienced practitioners to those who are just curious about yoga. Students will benefit from the restorative, relaxing, and centering properties of this class.

Yin Yoga
This meditative practice is designed to release deep tissue tension & fatigue. You will hold each pose for 1-3 minutes, while a fortress of blocks, blankets, and bolsters support you. So relaxing, someone might have to scoop you off the floor when class is done! Great for stress, injury, and insomnia.

Restore & Reset
Formally titled Restorative Yoga, this class is designed to restore and reset your nervous system and is appropriate for all levels. Balance your practice by allowing your body to fully rest in supported postures that will help you to dissolve stress, replenish energy, and build your mind/body connection.
What to Bring
- Water
- A hand towel can be nice for sweat.
- A yoga mat -- don't have one? A rental mat is on the house for your first class. After that, they are $2 to rent.
- A sense of humor
- Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement. If your clothing is too baggy, it can get in your way.
- It's true, we don't wear shoes when we practice. Some people like to wear socks. The choice is yours!
