Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that is at one time one of the simplest forms of meditaion as it is very accessible to anyone becasue it requires you make the body as comfortable as possible and if you fall asleep there is no penalty plus it is great for any one having trouble with sleep, fatigue, stress, and has been shown to also benefit peolple with other mental and or emotional difficulties.
