Yoga teacher training can be an intense journey that will undoubtably help you grow personally. Growth isn't always easy though! Are you of sound mind and body to go through a life changing process?
Sound Body: You have the energy and stamina to commit to 20 hours a week for the intensive program or 20 hour weekend modules for extended format. (You don't have to be able to do any fancy poses!)
Sound Mind: You haven't gone through trauma recently. You understand that while teacher training is a growth process, it is not a substitute for therapy.
