Vinyasa Flow:
The emphasis of this class is matching breath and movement.Heat level :: Low 75-85 degrees
Power Vinyasa:
A challenging practice, matching breath and movement. Prepare to sweat.
Vinyasa For In-Betweeners:
Have you attended beginners classes for a while, but you’re still not quite ready for a full-on vinyasa class? This class is for you! In-Betweeners offers more variety and more complexity than beginning vinyasa, but still plenty of instruction at a pace that will challenge you without leaving you in the dust!
Vinyasa For Beginners:
This class takes time to break down postures to ensure proper alignment and introduce students to a vinyasa style class. Bring everything you might need, including a yoga mat and water bottle as props and rentals are not offered at this time.
No to low heat.
Vinyasa Yin Combo:
Combining elements of Vinyasa flow and restorative, meditative yin to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
*Note - class is 90 minutes long
Heated Vinyasa Flow:
The emphasis of this class is matching breath with movement - with more heat than our regular vinyasa flow classes.
Heat level :: Moderate 85-95 degrees
Hot Power Fusion:
Dynamic and challenging. Sequences are based on traditional postures to encourage a strong, efficient body & mind.
Heat Level: High-Approx. 104 F at 40%humidity. A towel is required for practice; rentals are currently unavailable so make sure to bring your own!
60 Min Hot:
Dynamic and challenging. Sequences are based on traditional postures to encourage a strong, efficient body & mind.

Gentle:
This class is designed for everyone--from peak athletes to people recovering from injury; from young to old; from experienced practitioners to those who are just curious about yoga. Students will benefit from the restorative, relaxing, and centering properties of this class.
Heat Level: None
Yin Yoga:
This meditative practice is designed to release deep tissue tension & fatigue. You will hold each pose for 1-3 minutes, while a fortress of blocks, blankets, and bolsters support you. So relaxing, someone might have to scoop you off the floor when class is done! Great for stress, injury, and insomnia.
Yoga for All Levels.
Restorative:
Designed to relax, this class is appropriate for all levels. From beginners to experienced practitioners, take your practice to a new level by allowing your body to fully relax into supported postures that will help you restore energy to both body and mind. Props are provided.
No heat.
Blissful Bodies Yoga-
Discover the joy of living in your body in this welcoming class designed to help you connect mindfulness, breath, and movement. Perfect for individuals with bigger bodies, those new to yoga, or returning from an injury, this class focuses on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and body awareness. Embrace your unique journey and cultivate self-love and harmony in every class.
Yoga Fusion for Mobility:
Yoga Fusion for Mobility fuses together a variety of yoga postures and movement practices to honor the body’s many complexities. This class has a different focus each week to offer a holistic approach to mind-body healing and connection. Yoga Fusion for Mobility is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Yoga +:
Want more than an asana practice? Yoga + has some asana, some meditation, some mantra, some pranayama... you get the idea. Each week, the theme will change, but you can always expect a well rounded experience in this 75 minute class.
Adaptive Chair Yoga for Disability & Mobility:
Adaptive yoga classes are for adults living with physical disability and/or progressive mobility impairments, such as partial or total paralysis, limb amputation, spinal cord injury, severe arthritis, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, head injury, stroke, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, autoimmune disorder, and joint replacement. Students can practice from a variety of positions, including standing, seated in a chair (including a wheelchair), or on the floor. Teachers adapt foundational yoga postures using props and light physical adjustments. The goals of adaptive yoga are to enhance breath and movement, strengthen one’s inherent mind-body relationship, improve strength and flexibility, and have fun and feel good!
Class participants must be able to follow verbal cues and instructions. This class is offered by donation. Caregivers/assistants are welcome to participate at no cost.
*NOTE: This is a closed class for individuals living with permanent disabilities and/or progressive mobility restrictions and is not suitable those recovering from temporary injuries or recent surgery.
Kids Yoga
Bring your 5-10yr old kiddos for an hour of kids yoga. This class will incorporate yoga poses, games, mindful breathing and relaxation time.
Parents/guardians are required to stay on the premise- either in the lobby or take the concurrent Vinyasa Flow class.
