While we want everyone to feel welcome in all of our classes, we realize that a special welcome with a class specifically devoted to body positivity might encourage people of all shapes and sizes to give yoga a try! The inclusive Curvy Yoga classes include modifications and adjustments that accommodate and support students. We celebrate diversity in a safe and sacred place for self love and exploration. There is more than one way to do a yoga pose...come discover yours! Class structure: We begin with stillness of body and mind, slowly warming your muscles and releasing tension. The practice continues with balancing poses where you will discover strength and flexibility. We complete class returning to a quiet mind and renewed body. This class is for students in larger bodies, beginners, and those in injury recovery. It's yoga for all!
