Yoga Nidra with Kristen Mack

This week's installment of Yoga Living Project is a Yoga Nidra led by Cambio senior teacher and Coordinator of the 200 hour Intensive Yoga Tecaher Training Kristen Mack (not to mention all the other things she does around here as well, too many to list!). Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that is at one time one of the simplest forms of meditaion as it is very accessible to anyone becasue it requires you make the body as comfortable as possible and if you fall asleep there is no penalty plus it is great for any one having trouble with sleep, fatigue, stress, and has been shown to also benefit peolple with other mental and or emotional difficulties. Please enjoy and as always let us know what you think, please share with your friends, and finally if you have any inclination toward contributing writing or any other media to the Yoga Living Project please don't hesitate to reach out to Austin at This email address is being protected from spambots.
